Terms and Conditions of wholesale/distributorship supply

1. All orders must be submitted by e-mail or fax. Please retain a copy of the fax or e-mail for your reference.

2. Prices are subject to change without notice and pricelists are not to be taken as a contractual offering.

3. Mango Crafts goods are to be sold under a Mango Crafts label and re-labelling or re-branding is not permitted.

4. Certain geographical areas are blacked out for supply, and supply into those areas is deemed to be a breach of  these conditions.
5. A breach of these conditions may result in interruptions to supply, cut off from supply, and forfeit of deposits paid.

6. A cancellation charge is levied on all wholesale or mass orders that have been placed with suppliers when manufacture can be halted.
- A 50% cancellation charge applies on orders that have been dispatched from the supplier.
- A credit note will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the cancellation by mail, fax or email.

7. Credit given will be in the form of a credit note that can be redeemed for any stock lines, or if after
- a 90 day period no purchases are made, a cheque will be issued for any remaining balance.

8. Orders placed under these terms and conditions are deemed to indicate acceptance of same.
